Program Management

WeRecycle! will work with you to design a recycling and waste management program that fits your unique needs. We'll help you identify the types of hazardous materials you have and where they are located. We'll determine logistics, payment plans, onsite training and site-specific procedures. We'll also identify any special needs you have like customized compliance documentation, asset tracking, data security and cost center financial reporting.

Logistics and Onsite Support

Our professional support personnel take great care in coordinating all projects and provide continuous onsite project management and compliance assistance to satisfy our customers' facility management personnel. Material pickups are scheduled at the customer's convenience and logistics support is tailored to satisfy each location's individual needs. Upon request we will also provide documented site-specific procedures.

Transportation is handled through our own fleet of vehicles and trained drivers. For customers that have other hazardous waste handling needs, pick-up and transportation is handled by the selected vendor for that particular waste. WeRecycle!'s trained personnel securely pack all materials upon arrival to the customer facility. If requested, our personnel can also physically disconnect electronics and remove universal waste items from work spaces.

Part of our support services includes providing a variety of material storage containers. Containers are labeled and dated according to state and Federal regulations and have large, easy-to-read bi-lingual labels along with a barcode label that includes the facility's unique ID number and start date of storage.

Compliance Assistance

WeRecycle! provides all the necessary reporting and paperwork to maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations for all waste streams managed through our company. This includes the following:

Bills of Lading
Signed Certificates of Recycling
Recycling Reports (to gauge volumes of material recycled monthly, quarterly or annually)
Manifests (for other regulated/hazardous material)
C-7 Notification (for New York customers)
Compliance Binder (by request)

Office Solutions

WeRecycle! offers programs that include the secure processing and environmentally sound recycling for all office electronics including tele-communications equipment, cell phones, audio/visual equipment and copy machines. Our waste management or IT asset recovery programs can be designed to incorporate any or all of these items.
