ASSET TRACKING & REPORTING

WeRecycle!'s programs facilitate traceable, documented and responsible materials disposal or reuse and are run in accordance with all state and Federal regulations. Through our proprietary asset tracking software customers can follow their equipment from the time it leaves their offices until its redeployment, resale or disposal. Our programs are transparent so our customers always know the status of their obsolete equipment.

Asset Management Process

Once equipment arrives at our secure facility it is safely unloaded and brought to a high security area to be weighed and sorted by type. We then audit and test every piece of equipment for reuse potential. Each unit will be assigned an inventory tag generated from our proprietary web-based inventory and auditing software and we remove any customer identifying asset tags or marks from equipment.

Using the generated inventory tag, equipment is tracked throughout each phase--whether in testing, repair, disassembly, data destruction, remarketing or recycling. Customers can access our software online and view or print real-time asset tracking and resale transaction reports which can be customized to work with customer enterprise asset management software.

Compliance Documentation

WeRecycle! provides all the necessary documentation to maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations for all waste streams managed. This includes the following:

Bills of Lading
Signed Certificates of Recycling
Recycling Reports (to gauge volumes of material recycled monthly, quarterly or annually)
Manifests (for other regulated/hazardous material)
C-7 Notification (for New York customers)
Resale Transaction Records
Signed Certificates of Data Destruction
Compliance Binder (by request)
